Service Overview

Crunnchytails provides pet grooming and care services, primarily at customers’ doorsteps within Delhi NCR. Additional services and product-based offerings may be added in the future.

Booking and Appointments

  • Bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.

  • Same-day appointments are subject to availability.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule appointments in case of emergencies, weather, or unavoidable delays.

Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are fully refundable.

    • Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a cancellation fee.

    • No-shows are non-refundable.

Pet Behavior and Health

  • Pets must be non-aggressive and safe to handle.

  • If your pet has medical issues, inform us in advance.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a pet poses a risk to the staff  safety.

Payments

  • All payments must be made in full at the time of service.

  • We accept UPI, cards, and secure online transfers.

  • Prices may vary based on breed, coat condition, and location.

Liability

  • We handle every pet with love and care, but we are not liable for injuries caused by pre-existing conditions, temperament issues, or lack of pet owner disclosure.

  • In rare cases of allergic reactions or medical emergencies, we will attempt to reach the owner and/or a local vet.

Intellectual Property

All website content (text, images, logos) is the property of Crunnchytails and cannot be copied or reused without written permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse our website or services. Misuse includes false bookings, abusive behavior, or violation of our team’s safety.
